Role Description

Manage the service provided to B2C and B2B customers assigned, supporting in the below job duties and reporting to the manager responsible for the role:

  1. Place, cancel and manage orders
  2. Operational set up of Amilon’s products
  3. Operations on company’s ERP
  4. Data entry
  5. Digital inventory check to make sure requested products are available
  6. Handling relationship with our suppliers
Must-have Skills
  • English mother tongue or C1/C2 level
  • Italian mother tongue or C1/C2 level
  • German or French B2/C1 level
  • Detail oriented and organization skills
  • Propensity to a positive approach towards customers
  • Proactivity and propensity to work in team
  • Problem solving
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Speed and ability to manage multiple activities at the same time
  • Ability to adapt and deal with changes
Extra Skills
  • Previous experiences in customer management, back office and customer care activities
  • Studies, interest and passion towards economic and marketing areas
